Ultimate goal – Dispose of the extra 80 lbs (disposed of 40 already) of fat that I am carrying around this year and get my businesses off the ground.

Long term goal – Dispose of as much fat as possible and be the fittest I can be for my Persian and bhangra performances at the September 2010 Miami Bellydance Convention.

Daily goals – 1-18-10

Stick to my eating plan and my workout plan no matter what comes my way. Did it - :-)

Finish working on my boss’ web site. Almost done - :-|

Take care of all 4 of my mini workouts today (no more than 15 – 20 min each). Did it - Yay - :-)

Drink 4 liters of water. Did it but man oh man did I have to keep running to the bathroom! :-)

Get in 1 ½ hours of rehearsals for the upcoming show on the 24th (3 different bellydance numbers). Almost - 45 min only - :-|

Go to bed on time and get my rest. I did it!

Get my yoga/meditation in before bed so that I can have a restful sleep. Yep! :-)

Measure myself today and weigh myself tomorrow morning and post it. Nope - :-(

Love it!!

My long term goal is to lose 40 lbs of fat by June 1st, and pass my 2nd degree black belt test at the end of June.

Met all my goals for yesterday which were:
Drink min 80oz water
Take the stairs at least once instead of elevator
Follow nutrition plan
Complete workout/training --included 8 min jumping rope, pushups, situps and squats.
Great day yesterday!

You guys will have to help me be strong today though.. we are having a hot dog/chili bar at work. Probably just chili for me! :)

Thanks for the lashings Vania, and the thought provoking questions.

I totally believe that the deep breathing exercises will help improve my workouts, cardio, sports, and even more important overall health and relaxation.

Why have I forgotten to do them? I guess I need to come back to the accountability blog posts each day to view my goals and I should have some sort of note on my pillow with the words "Deep Breathing Exercise" on it.

It's a new healthy habit and I guess that by the end of the day I'm really proud of what I accomplished with my workouts and nutrition that I feel I've done everything and somehow forget the breathing. I need more reminders around the home to make sure I do them because I absolutely love it when I do.

I have no limiting beliefs with it... just plain old forgetfulness and not doing what it takes to keep it top of mind.

Thanks for the accountability and support!

Hey Scott! How could you forget to do your deep breathing exercises? I am sure they don't take you too long and I'm sure that they are a lot easier than some of the workouts youu manage to do everyday. Have you given some thought to the reason you may be forgetting these exercises? Do you believe they will help you? Have you challenged your beliefs on this matter? I hope to read this post tomorrow and find that you followed through with everything. I am working my best too to do the same.

Vania's long term goal:
Weigh 70 kilos by may 24. I beat my personnal best, reaching my lowest weight ever. I am great and on an excelent track to achieve my so deserved ideal body.
January 2011, I weigh 65 kilos. I have firm thighs I have my dream body and enjoy living the lifestyle to maintain it.

My goals for every day are:
- Exercise
- 10 glasses of water
- 4 or 5 healthy meals
- I keep my nutrition in accordance to my goals
- I keep a calorie defecit wether it be by eating less or exercising more
- Prepare my foods in advance
- Get up at 6 am
- Write down all my progress in my diary

Yesterday I meet all my goals except for the writing part. I did not record my progress for the day nor for the weekend. Today I am on my way to complete everything. I did a quick home workout from the unstoppable fat loss program this morning, I am taking my class later today, I've had 3 healthy meals and 6 glasses of water so far.
For today I plan to accomplish all my goals and include in my diary for today the things I did on the past days and dind't record.

I am happy to be living a new lifestile and getting more and more motivated. Thanks!
