<p>Diet and nutrition does not have to be as complicated as you may think.  I was hanging out with Isabel recently and pulled out my video camera to capture her #1 recommendation to lose weight through diet.  </p>

<p>During our morning walk today we recorded a video of a typical meal plan for the day.  Check it out&#8230;<br />

<p>Here are some of the meals I eat to help me to SOAR through my <strong><a href="http://www.thefitchic.com">Fit Chic</a></strong> Workouts:<span id="more-292"></span></p>
<p><strong>Meal 1</strong> &#8211; 2 whole scrambled eggs with chopped green/red peppers</p>
<p>**remember you are eating every <strong>2-3 hours</strong> between meals**</p>
<p><strong>Meal 2</strong> &#8211; leftovers from the night before such as : chicken and half sweet potato </p>
<p><strong>Meal 3 </strong>- (pre-workout) apple and handful of almonds (approx. hour and 1/2 before workout)</p>
<p><strong>Meal 4</strong> &#8211; (post-workout) oatmeal with berries and protein powder</p>
<p><strong>Meal 5</strong> &#8211; (dinner time) LEAN protein such as chicken or fish and lots of fresh veggies or large salad</p>
<p><strong>Meal 6</strong> &#8211; (snack) &#8211; Apple with almond butter or natural peanut butter spread on it.</p>
<p>We will continue to give you more SAMPLE MEAL ideas that will give you a TON of ENERGY like we have!</p>
