I have 130 degree bend.  I need 3 degrees for total straightening.  That and strengthening are the targets.  
Recovery has not been as easy as I thought would be.  But it was a definite plus that I was in the gym prior to it.  My doc says my recovery is &quot;amazing&quot; and I think my determination during therapy even has surprised some of the therapists.  
I REALLY want to get back to the gym and doing what I was doing.  So I am rocking the therapy.  2010 is MY year!  
Thank YOU sir for doing what you do. And thank Angie for me as well.  I still and always will believe that if it weren&#039;t for you two, I would still be that miserable and depressed 230lb person!  Have a great New Year!</description>

First off I have to tip my hat to you on this one buddy! I myself have knee issues as a result of bad rupture I suffered and had surgery of my right patellar tendon in 2001. 

Since then I have been searching for low impact workouts to avoid the pain in my knee. I have tried swimming to aid with this issue but always had a hunger for indoor activities to assist in strength building without compromising myself with the pain. So you can pat yourself on the back for me on this one because this range of workouts is just what I needed. Thanks for the great video.

It&#039;s amazing how everything is connected and effects each other. I had an issue where my biceps muscle was affecting my shoulder and another time when my chest muscle was affecting my shoulder. Neck issues can even affect your wrists. That&#039;s why it&#039;s so important to take care of our body as a whole.</description>

I have just recommended your quick cardio exercise to 6 people and just sent this video out to another person.I think this exercise is especially good for beginners or like someone said that it is good for recovery after an operation or an injury. Either way I am greeting your initiative to post those videos and hope that you will continue to do so. Every single time I find something interesting in your suggestions, creating this unending source of inspiration.
I might not apply everything by the book (you know me already) but the base is the same.
