		<description>Angie - I struggle with evening snacking as well. One technique I&#039;ve used successfully is to go somewhere - mall, library, park and stay away from the house until bedtime. This might be hard with little ones asleep unless Scott is able to step in and give you the time off. Another way to sidestep late-night eating is to take a nice hot bath (you&#039;re not going to eat in the tub!) and then go to bed! Even if it&#039;s early and you lay there awake for an hour. . .it&#039;s better than raiding the kitchen.
