		<description>I have struggled with shoulder pain while working out for several years now and I am only 29 years old.  I have tried different stretching and lifting techniques, but haven&#039;t gotten any results that I am happy with in terms of easing my pain while lifting.

The bench press lift is always the worst!!  I am looking forward to using these ideas to see if they can finally help lessen the stress/pain in my shoulders.
