Thanks for your question Catherine. Scott's actually going to be doing a full review and comparison of the top 3 diets that we recommend...

Burn The Fat, Feed The Muscle www.BurnOffTheFat.com
The Carb Rotation Diet www.RotateCarbs.com
The Every Other Day Diet www.EveryOtherDayDietPlan.com

These are all great programs that really work. Each of them has some form of manipulating your carbohydrate intake. It's been fun to try them all to see how our bodies respond.

Scott and I like them all. I do like the fact that the deluxe version of the Carb Rotation Diet has a 30 day meal plan. If you have a hard time figuring out what to eat, this makes it easy.

Be on the lookout for Scott's review and comparison of each of the diets. It should help you make an informed decision.

Most of the time we take a bit from each diet and create our own hybrid version.

These diets will only work if you are committed to making them work. That's really what it all boils down to. Plus following a great workout program, developing a powerful mindset, and having support should all be a part of your plan.

Hi Angie,
I was wondering what the difference is between the Carb Rotation Diet and the Every Other Day Diet? And which one do you like better? (if you don't mind me asking).

Thanks,
Catherine
