I tried the routine after working my back this morning and it was totally awesome. My normal routine is to do HIIT on the recumbent bike for 18 minutes (2 min lo, 2 min hi, 4 cycles) after working out. Doing your ten minute workout really got me sweating, huffing and puffing.
