I can so totally relate to the chocolate syndrome! If there isn't any in the house, I'm fine. If there is some but the packaging is still intact, I'm ok. Once it's open ... it's like I HAVE to finish it! The logic being that once I've eaten it, it won't be there to tempt me anymore! Yeah, and in the mean time, I've eaten how many usless calories?

It is true also, that seeing how much better I look this week than I did last week, ends up making me look worse next week, because I will aloow myself something stupid as a "reward". Some reward, is getting back to square one a reward? Not in any boardgame I know of anyway, so why would it be in real life? It's NOT.

Which is why I have the house filled with fruit and salad-vegetables and am hitting the 7-day EODD Detox tomorrow, together with two of my trainees in fact, we've formed "Team Detox" and will keep eachother in line via e-mail and on the EODD ning (who ever came up with a word like "ning" anyway!?).

I will follow that week up with a combination of - mostly the EODD Extreme Plan, but with a hint of Lifestyle Plan if there is a social event I can't get out of.

For the training, I have just this week completed Jeff Anderson's week one of Optimum Anabolics, so I'll keep that program for the rest of 2007 at least, it looks like fun and is certainly hard enough to be fun! I'm getting a beating like I like them :)

Keep posting Scott, you're a real inspiration!
