There is scientific evidence for that(if you can identify the junk science that is funded by the industry and not believe that).
MSG has been linked to obesity by many mainstream research organizations and doctors.
And the &quot;anecdotal evidence is overwhelming.
I personally have been yo-yoing on my scale 3 years ago when I did not know about MSG and other food additives(which are used in huge amounts in junk food).

Junk food contains several other chemical and toxins. You can never get a flat stomach if you are eating junk foods because body tends to &quot;wrap&quot; fat around toxins(so it doesnt affect you) and stores it around your abdomen region. These toxins are stored there when you liver/kidney/pancreas are free to excrete them out of your body. Junk food contains too many toxins for your body to detoxify in one go. SO that is why you need to go on a detox or a raw diet which will free your liver/kidney/pancreas as on a raw or detox diet they don&#039;t have to work at all . Then the body gets the signal and releases all the toxins that were stored in the fat. That is why you must have heard of many cases where no matter how many crunches you take or how much of exercise you do you cannot lose that bulge around your waist.
Scott sorry to say if you keep eating pizza i don&#039;t think you will ever reach your goal.
Many who eat junk food and still excercise really hard and keep on dieting will end up losing a lot of structural fat and essential fat.
Your articles were good till now but I am greatly dissappointed with this one. I think you just want to get &quot;shocking&quot; articles which are &quot;too good to be true&quot; to keep people hooked. Well junk food has so many other disadvantages and they are carcinogenic. Trans fat in them are the worse fat an they contain sodium benzoate and other toxins that can damage dna and cell walls. the list is frightening.</description>
