What equipment do you need for this workout? Is this something you are able to do at home?

I know thousands of fitness professionals and I can tell you there is NO ONE more honest and forthcoming as Scott is. You'll be hard-pressed to find anyone on this planet who more sincerely wants people to live get healthy and live an amazing life.

Just wanted to throw that out there so people know how truthful Scott's reviews are. If there was ever a doubt ;-)

Does this workout need to be in a gym, or can I do it at home with only free weights? Seven minutes sounds good (I've used Ryan Lee's 4 minute exercises) but I need a home program, not a gym one. Thanks!

Hey Wendy thanks for your comments. I personally live by the rule of once you hit 60 minutes of resistance training you've got to run the hell out of the gym. It becomes more detrimental than beneficial.

visit http://www.unstoppablefatloss.com/7mm.php today, click on the link for the all day Live call and listen to me talk with Jon about that very subject.

Most of the time when I'm not following the 7 minute muscle program I follow my own workouts which range from 10 to 25 minutes. I get the best results from this type of workout.

I totally agree with you on the point that there is some merit to a solid hour workout. There definitely is. When I followed the Muscle Explosion program for 28 days the workouts were from 20 to 60 minutes and I achieved phenomenal results.

I also love to incorporate the quick HIIT style of cardio along with long duration cardio.

Bottom line... there's merit to many forms of training. 7 Minute Muscle is not something that I will follow year round. There's no program that I will follow year round.

My workout books include a full year of quick workouts and a full year of longer workouts, yet I still enjoy following other programs.

You've got to find the programs that suit your lifestyle and that you enjoy and you've got to mix it up. But more than anything, if something isn't working for you after 4 to 6 weeks, you better find another program.

When you find something that works and that you enjoy you simply keep it in your arsenal of programs. But never do the same thing all the time.

I'll definitely keep you informed on my progress. It's what I love to do ;)

Is there a program that's working for you right now?

Scott, I don't know if I'm sold yet. The concept is intriguing, and your review comments are solid...but not convinced. There is some merit to a solid hour or more of working out. Seven minutes, while enough to get your heart racing and blood flowing - both valuable - but maintaing that level over a steady period of time has huge health benefits and provides much better overall results long term. So, unless this is meant as an 'interim' workout to prevent your usual workouts from getting boring - or a quick fix when you are way short on time but still want to get that workout in, again, I'm not sold.

I hope you'll keep us informed of your progress on the plan and if you still feel as passionately about it in a few weeks.

Thank you, though, for your very honest thoughts and for sharing with us yet another interesting workout concept.

Have a great day!

Thanks a lot Scott for your honest review of this program. I am already following Jon's EODD so I know that any program that he comes up with will generally be an honest and good program but it helps when the program has fellow fitness experts/trainers not only review it but recommend it.

I'll give it a shot.
