I always give myself a break (hehe) after a week long of diet, exercise and workouts. I'll treat myself for a good dinner or a good lunch, in which I could eat the foods that I wanted. Its a sort of a reward for me. :D

I absolutely adore chocolate and eat way too much. But I'm still seeing fat loss results week after week. I'm able to do this because I'm burning off the excess calories with exercise.
To lose weight successfully takes motivation and by giving yourself the odd little treat, this will help you to maintain that motivation, stick to your diet and exercise program and start seeing the results that you are looking for.

LOL!!
I have a childhood friend whose chocolate easter bunnies came without ears. It was a family urban legend that the easter bunny needed a bit of a snack while making the basket so the good ole' easter bunny would nip off the ears!
Too funny!
