It's hard to believe that just over a year ago Angie and I embarked on our own fat loss journey together as a couple while following Jon Benson's Every Other Day Diet Plan.

It was April 2nd of this year, that Angie and I had a photo shoot to show off the results that we had achieved from Jon's program. The pictures to the right are from that photo shoot.

Angie and I continue to progress in a variety of ways and are enjoying this wonderful lifelong journey and cherishing the healthy vibrant lifestyle that we live.

It would be no exageration for me to state that I have a 'Body By Jon', and that is the big reason why I wanted to bring Jon on as my guest expert for today's show.

I feel very fortunate that I was introduced to Jon Benson's teachings through a mutual friend Tom Venuto a few years ago when Jon released his ebook Fit Over 40.

Although I was not quite 30 years old when Fit Over 40 came out, something drew me in and I knew that I would benefit in many ways by reading it. And I definitely did.

But the most important thing was that this was the stepping stone to my education through what I call Jon Benson University. Ironically enough I've learned more from Jon over the past few years than I did during my 4 year University education.

MPower

The next step in my education through Jon Benson came through his M-Power Series. This program absolutely blew me away. I did some very extensive research and studying on the topic of mindset, motivation, and sport psychology through my 4 years of University and it didn't even come close in comparison to what I learned through the 48 audios in the M-Power Series Program.

It was Jon's program that sparked an even deeper desire to learn everything that I could when it came to the power of the mind and achieving your fitness goals and desires.

Every Other Day Diet Plan

Then it was October of 2007 when Angie and I realized that we had finally found the nutrition plan that fit our lifestyle and would help us achieve the results that we desired without the stess of strict dieting.

The great thing about The Every Other Day Diet Plan is that it has 3 different levels for you to choose from. Angie chose the "Lifestyle Plan" because it suited her personality, fit into her busy lifestyle, and matched the outcome that she was aiming for.

Myself on the other hand chose to follow the "Extreme Plan" because I don't like to mess around. I like to get results in the shortest way possible without sacraficing safety and losing precious lean muscle mass.

In a 12 week time period I lost 14% body fat and Angie lost 6% body fat. To say that our lives have dramatically changed as a result would be an understatement.

7 Minute Muscle

Recently... Since September to be exact I have been following Jon's 7 Minute Muscle Program. This program has been absolutely awesome and has suited the hectic schedule that I've been working with lately and it gives me more time to spend with the kids rather than hours in the gym.

Once again... and I love this... Jon provides multiple levels for his program. He's got the 7 minute level, the 14 minute level, and the 21 minute level.

I myself have only been using the 7 minute level, but I plan on kicking it up the the 14 minute level for the next four weeks to get in even better shape for the cruise that I will be going on with Jon and Fabrice.

NaturaPause

Not long ago Jon shared another amazing resource that he co-created called NaturaPause. This program consists of 6 audios and some great manuals and workbooks to go along with it.

This was a serious education for me and I feel that I am armed with great information and tools to prepare me for any hormone changes that I may undergo in life, as well as to help me assist my clients on making an educated decision on a natural alternative to hormone replacement therapy (HRT).

Unstoppable Fat Loss

For those of you who may not know, Jon Benson is one of the guest experts that I included in my Unstoppable Fat Loss program.

I continue to receive regular feedback from my customers about how the information that Jon shared in that 1 hour audio has completely changed their life and put them on the right path to living a more complete life in optimal health.

Jon shared some very powerful strategies in that audio and I actually applied a few of those techniques which proved to be the major contributing factors to my unbelievable motivation during my fat loss challenge and journey to discarding 14% body fat.
