Before I tell you how much I love the Fat Loss Quickie program, let me give you a little background. Several years ago, I was in a car wreck that shattered my left knee. After three reconstructive surgeries, I got a 17 inch blood clot in my leg because they didn’t believe how much pain I was in.
Then my doctors turned me over to physical therapists who made sure I could walk again after not being able to put weight on my knee for 11 weeks. Between the teams, you would not believe all the restrictions they put me on. After a few months it was apparently that pain and arthritis were a daily problem, with the only cure being pain pills (that didn’t help), cortisone shots (that would put me on crutches for days and didn’t help) and SynVisc shots (that actually helped but I had to have 3 weekly shots every 3 months.)
Now imagine how out of shape I was from 11 weeks on crutches. Shortly after we found out we were pregnant AND of course the medication I had been on put me in high risk pregnancy status. I went into labor 10 weeks early and was in bed for over a month before I delivered pre-term. All together I gained over 50 lbs and I was in constant pain. The extra weight put stress on my knee and my mood.
In less than a week of working with Scott, I noticed I wasn’t having any pain. At first, I was shocked. It had been so long that I had forgotten what it felt like to not be in pain. It was a truly foreign feeling. My suspicions were confirmed on my first rest day when I was so stiff that I ended up having to take my pain medicine. I just wanted to take a minute to thank you for creating Fat Loss Quickie. I've never been one to get into exercise, fitness or healthy eating for that matter - not since I played sports in high school. That's until I came across your FLQ Home Office Workouts.
I'd bought a few DVDs and even tried doing the cable channel workouts a time or two. Heck I even won a Wii Active game to use on my oldest son's Wii before it was released to the public - I worked hard to win that game too. While it was fun, it just wasn't what I was looking for. It was more of a "game", just for fun thing to do with the kids (which is a good thing in it's own right, but it just wasn't what I needed/wanted in a workout). My hubby bought the P90X system and I did a few of the ab workouts with him - WOAH baby I'm not trying to kill myself here! ;)
Over the past few months I've done a lot of "soul searching" so to speak. I've been working from home full time since 2005 (after my 2nd son was born). 4 years and another baby later, I just wasn't getting where I wanted to be or should have been in my business. Sure, I was making progress, but I wasn't focused like I wanted to be and therefore spent a lot of time spinning my wheels and holding myself back, all because I was jumping around from one thing to another without really zoning in on the the areas of my business that would push me forward.
Now, I'm no dummy and I realize the more kids you add to the family, the less focused on things you become, especially if you're trying to run/grow a business while a baby sitting in your lap along with a toddler and a preteen running around the house like crazy. Boys will be boys right? ;)
I tried in vain for the longest time to work during the day with all this commotion going on and all I really did was miss out on important parts of my kids' lives, drive my business almost completely in the ground and fall out exhausted every single night - just hours before it was time to get up and do it all again the next day.
I was literally running myself ragged. That light at the end of the tunnel was no more than a flicker that was fading quickly because I had dug the tunnel so deep. My days began to run together, my kids were begging for mom's time and attention and my husband missed the once happy woman he married.
You're seeing my need for energy and focus aren't you? ;)
As you know, my goal with Fat Loss Quickie is not so much to lose weight (although I am still working towards those Sexy Mama Abs) as it is to gain sanity in my life. I was running around here, there and everywhere - and getting nowhere.
I reached a point where enough was enough. Shortly after that "I can't continue doing this or else" moment, I was introduced to you and your program. Divine intervention - maybe, but whatever it was that brought me to you I'm beyond forever grateful.
The amount of time and attention you've given me individually is amazing. Did I expect that when I signed up? Nope not at all. Did I expect the results to happen as quickly as they have? Nope definitely not.
Was I surprised when I was wrong? Absolutely!
You and the FLQ program truly are a God-send. I believe that wholeheartedly. I can't even put into words the amount of positive things you've helped to bring into my life. Not only am I a healthier person, but I'm happier, more confident, and a much more fun mom and wife to be around. It really is all about balance in every aspect of your life and I wanted to take a minute to tell you "Thank You" for your part in helping me on my journey to balance, sanity, health and wealth.
I'm not to the end of my journey and honestly I don't want to ever reach the end. I love making progress and continually improving myself and growing my business - so this will always be a work in progress for me.
You want to know the best part? This is after ONLY 2 weeks of the program which included one week of only half of the workouts and no following of the meal plan yet - yet being the key word there. Do I have faith that the Fat Loss Quickie Home Office Workouts are worth the one time $20 investment?

Thanks so much for doing this challenge…
I just have to tell you about the impact of the small investment that I made in Fat Loss Quickie. As and internet marketer with a full time job, fitness has been priority zero for me for two years. That all changed for me two weeks ago. I have accomplished so much as a direct result of this program in the last 12 days it is hard for me to believe.
First and foremost, I got re-energized about my own personal health. You just cannot help it on this program. Being around Scott every day (through the daily emails and videos) is like taking “motivation vitamins”. Some days I work out just because I don’t want to disappoint Scott (weird, huh?).
I had a slow start on Fat Loss Quickie — but something weird happened. Scott stayed after (in a helpful way) me and I got back on. Usually, I just fade out.
After my slow start, I am catching up by adding in some workouts at the gym. Imagine that. I even had a meeting with my old personal trainer. We did a full fitness assessment and set some goals. I plan to meet with her every two weeks now for “accountability”.
In some sense, the real secret value of the Fat Loss Quickie program is as a motivational tool. Sure, the exercise plan is great — but I expect that from a pro like Scott. What I did not expect was the motivation that I have to turn things around now.
Oh — did I mention that I am eating better too? Also thanks to Scott.
So, I have some exciting fitness goals to accomplish before I see Scott at NAMS, and I am totally fired up about them.
I am visualizing Christmas pictures where for the first time in years I am not shocked to see how fat I look in the pictures.
